Booking & Deposits
Some appointments require a non-refundable deposit applied to your service total.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.
Late Policy
15-minute grace period with communication (late fee may apply). 15+ minutes without communication may require rescheduling. Around 20 minutes late may be treated as a no-call/no-show.
Premium Days
Saturdays/off-hours are premium bookings by request and include an additional fee.
House Calls
Limited availability, request/approval required in advance, deposit required.
